A Guide to the Process
Shopping for wedding invitations can be equally overwhelming and exciting. We’ve refined our straightforward process, so you can spend more time celebrating, and less time feeling overwhelmed. Before you know it, you’ll have heirloom-quality wedding invitations in your hands, setting the stage for the most special day of your love story!
Step One
Select your design
Choose from a variety of suites in our semi-custom collection, or inquire about a completely custom design.
Step Two
Provide your details
Select your printing method, paper options, and ink color. When submitting your order, you’ll be able to choose from add-on embellishments, and will complete a form to provide all of the important details about your wedding day!
Step Three
Receive your invitations
After you place your order, we’ll provide a proof within 7 business days. Once your proof is approved for printing, we’ll get your order into production. Shortly after, we’ll pack your order with care and deliver to you!
*If your order includes a venue illustration, please allow up to 14 days for a proof.
Printing Methods
Digital
Digital Printing prints smoothly to the paper, with no raised or indented impression. If you run your fingers over it, you'll only feel the slight texture of the paper itself. Digital printing is also known as flat printing.

Letterpress
Letterpress printing is done by creating a plate of your design. That plate is inked with ink, then pressed into 100% cotton paper, leaving a beautiful, touchable impression of your design. You can feel the indentation when you run your fingers over the printed portion.
Printing and production time after approval of your design: 3-4 weeks, plus shipping time to our studio once printing is complete.
Foil
Foil printing starts with a sheet of metallic foil, that is then pressed by a metal plate of your design into 100% cotton paper. The result is similar to letterpress. You can feel the impression in the paper. Rather than matte ink, the design is pressed into the paper with shiny metallic foil.
Printing and production time after approval of your design: 2-3 weeks, plus shipping time to our studio once printing is complete.
Paper Options
Color
When placing your order, you will notice a drop down asking for your selection of paper type. Choosing between paper options is truly a personal preference! To see and feel all paper options, order a sample kit.
Single Ply *available in all colors
Double Thick *available in ultra white eggshell, soft white eggshell, and white linen
Envelopes
Every order of Invitations or Save the Dates includes your choice of our signature envelope colors, and includes a return address printed on the back flap of the envelope. Guest Addressing and RSVP envelope printing is available as an add-on option, and white ink addressing is also available at an additional charge.

Please note, due to differences in display screens, colors may not print exactly as they are seen on screen. If you are unsure of which color to choose or how a certain color may print, we recommend ordering a sample kit before placing your order.

Lead times vary per item, but generally the process for our collection pieces is 4-6 weeks.
An additional 2 weeks is added onto processing times for orders including custom venue illustrations.
For completely custom design, the design process averages 6-8 weeks.

All pricing includes custom hand lettering (if applicable), design fees, printing, shipping, and plain white envelopes. You can add additional items such as envelope addressing, custom envelope colors + styles, or other coordinating pieces. Visit our Add-On Options page or Wedding Day Paper page for more info.

Yes! All color on lettering and text is customizable.

Absolutely! Each package includes 3 complimentary rounds of proofs + revisions. Additional revisions are $25 each. At this time, we are only able to provide digital proofs, however, you can purchase a hard copy sample package upon request.

Yes! We offer guest addressing, return address printing, and printing of your RSVP envelopes. Return addressing is included with each suite, and Guest Addressing + RSVP envelopes is available as an add-on option here.
